‘The evening was spent around a blazing fire under the stars. We listened to stories of the African bush that had been passed on from generation to generation and revelled in the experience that is Africa, so perfectly captured at Royal Legend Safari Lodge in the Timbavati Reserve.
Accommodation at Royal Legend Safari Lodge is in 10 luxurious chalets all with a magnificent view of the watercourse and its surrounding lush vegetation. Each chalet was built with minimum intrusion into the natural environment, and guests can appreciate an almost unbroken view of the river from the comfort of their beds through the glass doors on 2 sides of the chalet.
For pampering the spa provides massages, manicures, pedicures and facials to ensure ultimate relaxation. For those who feel the need to exercise, a gym is equipped with everything needed for a full cardio-vascular workout. A large jacuzzi and sauna are on hand to complete the experience.
