White Water Lodge is the perfect venue for a private romantic wedding. The magnificent scenery and beautifully restored buildings provide an idyllic setting for one of the most important days of your life.
For this very special day you will have the use of the Lodge and grounds inviting you to make the most of this magical setting. You and/or your wedding co-ordinator will find the timeless style of the lodge flexible when it comes to selecting colours and themes for your wedding day. Our professional and dedicated staff will assist to implement your plans.
White Water Lodge can accommodate both the ceremony and the reception. You can choose to have your ceremony in the Witblits Chapel or in the Gardens – the choice is yours.
The Witblits Chapel accommodates 45 guests in ‘Cinema’ style seating and 60 guests standing. We can accommodate a sit down meal for 45 guests dining inside and an additional 30 outside (weather permitting) or a marquee and buffet for 150.
A marquee can be erected on the lawn adjoining the Witblits Chapel & Conference Centre. This area has been specially landscaped to accommodate a marquee and protect it from the Cape southeasterly winds. This option, along with our fully equipped kitchen ensures an excellent venue.

If the outdoor tickle your fancy, our breathtaking gardens is for you. With vows, being taken under a stylish gazebo, the guests can sit in the serene surroundings of the garden or enjoy the cool shade of a marquee tent.
The bamboo backdrop and eye-catching water feature make for very special photographs.
The reception venue is in close walking distance from the chapel and has been designed to suit different couples. The venue allows couples to express their joy and happiness through their individual choice of decor and table settings. The reception area can comfortably seat up 600 guests. However if a smaller group is what you desire, the reception area is versatile enough to seat the number of guest that you would like, keeping the atmosphere more personal. The Yellowwood Chapel offers tailor-made packages designed to suit your individual need and budget.
The courtyard between the chapel and reception are provides an area where the guests can relax enjoy some refreshments before they enter the reception.
